Researching ww221-06-2010 | 21:40:28 | 1 Comment
You should now have an aspect of everyday life that you are going to research and present an exhibition stand for.
I thought i would start you off with some useful websites to start answering your key questions.
remeber you have a lot of options inpresnting your end product/s. think about the skills of your tem members. Is someone particularly artistic? do you have a storywriter or poet? anyone good with making powerpoints of photo stories? a mathematician?

Childrens’ books about WW207-06-2010 | 10:12:20 | No Comments
I would love to do another study of a book especially the machine gunners or Carrie’s war, but sadly we do not have the time. There is nothing stopping you picking up a good book set in this period. I would love to hear and maybe read your recommendations which I can then share with next year’s class.
Here are some lists of books you may like , Why not check out the local library and save yourself a few quid!

If you know where your family comes from , or anyone that fought in the war , you may be able to find them here its certainly an interesting site and you can see by the ages ,how young some of the soldiers who gave their lives were.
